1. Description of service

The Platform is a classified ads service that allows users to:

• Browse listings for available office spaces for rent in Barcelona.
• Submit requests for office space rentals.
• Contact users who have listed their office spaces for rent.

We are not a real estate agency and we do not own, manage, or endorse any of the properties listed on the Platform. We are not a party to any transaction between users of the Platform.

2. User conduct

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Services by any third party. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Posting any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Using the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Using the Services for any commercial purpose other than to list or search for office space rentals.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to remove any content and to terminate your access to the Services for any violation of these Terms.

3. Content

You are solely responsible for any content that you post on the Platform, including but not limited to office space listings and rental requests. By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable, perpetual license to use, display, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, store, and prepare derivative works of your content.

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by French Tech Barcelona and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the Services. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall French Tech Barcelona, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our services, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein, (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services, (v) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party, and/or (vi) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the company is advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.

8. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
